I had the pleasure of working with Melanie Stricklin as a volunteer on our campus at church. She handled our entire onboarding process which requires a lot of moving parts, a lot of communication with myself and volunteers in our church. Melanie jumped into the entire process and never skipped a beat. She was timely, efficient, and very effective. But the best part about having Melanie partner with me was how she truly did partner with me. She was incredibly open to supporting me however I needed support but she also brought great ideas on how to make systems and processes better; anything I asked she was up for and did it so willingly. She asked great questions but also took full autonomy in her role and did it with confidence. I would 100% recommend Melanie as a virtual assistant, you will not be disappointed!

She was efficient and worked completely on her own and met all required deadlines. Not having to supervise this position, allowed the club to focus on other obligations during the busiest time of our year.
